Transitional Living Services

Transitional Living Services are available to youth who have demonstrated a desire to gain knowledge in the areas of Independent Living Skills between the ages of 16 and 18.

Young adults in our program will enroll in school, obtain and maintain employment, and maintain their very own living space. Residents start out in an on campus apartment where they gain comfort and knowledge in the areas they need assistance in to be independent. Once they are showing the independence and maturity needed to be in their own apartment, they are assisted in transitioning into the community in their very own apartment. Residents are responsible for paying their own bills, maintaining their home, and attending work and school. Graduated Supervision allows our residents to learn in a safe environment, but still provides opportunities to grow and succeed on their own.
